My main focus is consulting on Microsoft UC solutions (Exchange Server and Lync Server) but also working on Hyper-V projects. These are just a few of the projects I have been working on:

 

	I am part of the Implement.com engineering team, where help customers design, build and migratie Microsoft hosting solution. These can be solutions like HMC or Hosted Exchange & Hosted Sharepoint, but also Office 365 implemenations.
	North Sea Group is an important player in the Dutch and European oil market. After a merger of two companies I have designed their new Exchange 2010 platform (coming from two separate Exchange 2003 platforms). Microsoft also wrote a reference case for this: Microsoft reference case North Sea Group
	I have been working at the UMCG in Groningen, acting as Messaging Consultant. I have designed and deployed a 16,000 mailbox Exchange 2010 SP1 environment and migrated all mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 SP1.
	For Schiphol Group I have been working als the Lead Architect in the ‘design and build’ team. Responsibilities here we coordinating this 4 man team. I also did the Groupwise to Exchange 2010 migration, and designed the PKI and NAP environment for Schiphol Group.
	Argeweb is a leading hosting company in The Netherlands. I have built their Hosted Exchange 2007 environment, their Hosted Exchange 2010 Sp1 environment and their VPS (Virtual Private Server) platform.
